Live fully in the present moment. Even when things aren’t the way you had hoped they’d be, it is what it is and either you learn to deal with it or let it go. No more looking to the future and living in it; it hasn’t come yet and we can’t live in realities that don’t exist. No more looking back at the past and living in it; that ship has sailed and even if it comes back, it won’t be the way it once was.
So enjoy the present, each moment, as it comes, because you’ll never get another one quite like it. Stay hopeful and if you should ever look up and find yourself lost, simply take a deep breath. You’ll find your way again, you always do. What’s important is that you think about today before you start thinking about tomorrow, or next week, or next month, or next year.
